The story of expressive.tv
 expressive has been our brand for film and video productions since 1994, when the company was founded by 18-year-old Benjamin Kempas near Stuttgart, Germany. He started out with event videography and image films. Two years later, expressive.tv moved to Munich. Having done a number of corporate videos and promotional films as well as many editing gigs, Ben began to focus more and more on documentaries. In 2001, expressive.tv opened its current office and editing premises in what used to be a shop in a century-old Munich building. Since 2002, Ben has mainy been working as a cameraman and documentary filmmaker.

In 1999, a sister company of expressive.tv was set up in Edinburgh to facilitate the production of our 'Scotland 99' project. expressive (Scotland) Ltd is run locally by Lara Celini.
